The LIDIYA production company was founded in 1996. We are specialized in the production of equipment for food processing plants. We systematically manufacture a large range of machines. We produce all products of high quality at optimum prices thanks to:

Close feedback from customers – when developing and modernising products, we put ourselves in the customer’s place and look at our products through their eyes: frequent visits to customer production plants with obligatory “debriefings” and subsequent implementation of adjustments, the control of this process is closely monitored by the management.
Our production – our own 100% production cycle (closed loop – PC Lidiya) allows:
a) maintain a constant high quality of all assemblies and mechanisms;
b) manufacture products according to all rules of mechanical engineering;
c) significantly save production costs and, accordingly, significantly reduce the price of the final product.
Completion – all components that are fitted to our products are selected as follows:
a) the components meet the highest worldwide requirements for reliability, quality stability and safety;
b) the manufacturer’s price is such that below it are products from companies that already have problems with stability in quality or reliability;
c) there is no maintenance of components during operation or it takes minimal effort;
d) components for equipment are always available from suppliers in Ukraine, Russia, CIS and the European Union.
Summary: we use Italian drives, Japanese bearings, German electrics, etc.
Our development and innovation department is structured along the lines of the companies that have guided the technological development of our planet over the last 30 years: Microsoft, Intel, Sun, Hewlett-Packard, Nokia, etc.
The company as a whole is structured according to the classic “flat” model:
– selecting only self-motivated, capable employees; taking decisive action against employees who are not effective enough;
– self-adapting, flexible business processes, giving high speed to all decision-making and implementation
Modest attitude to ourselves – we do not suffer from high self-esteem and unjustified invention, but spend all our efforts on satisfying our customers’ needs in the best possible way at the lowest possible cost: if there are good practices in the world that have been tested for decades, we do not hesitate to adopt them, realising that originality is a costly matter (example – packaging machinery, production of roasted seeds, nuts); and if there is no equipment in the world that our customers are very interested in – we develop it (example – production of bread croutons).
We are a world leader in the production of machinery for the manufacturing of bread croutons.
The city of Aleksandria is home to the main production, procurement, sales, security, accounting, legal, etc., as well as the first branch of the development department.
The city of Kiev is home to the second branch of the development department, KB Lidiya.
