Application. Cleaning of roasted and raw seeds, all sunflower sorts, from all types of dust.

Who is interested and for what purpose.

• To roasted sunflower seeds producers for a 100% solution to the problem of ‘dirty consumer hands’, for all types of seeds roasted on all types of ovens.
• To roasted sunflower seeds producers to give the end product a shiny finish.
• To roasted sunflower seeds producers for the prevention of oven fires, treat raw sunflower seeds.
• For raw sunflower seeds growers – some seed lots may not be suitable for roasting because they are dusty, and so this sort of seed drops out of the sort intended for the roasting, and as a consequence, loses in value.
• For raw seeds growers – to give the product a glossy appearance.

Operating principle. The seeds are cleaned of dust by passing them through a drum with a special dust-coating material (cloth). The dust is left on the cloth and the seeds goes out. The cloth is continuously cleaned through a dust collector. The dust from the dust collector system enters the cyclone where it is separated from the air.

Panacea. The machine is really a panacea against all dust. It is even able to deal successfully with the dust on raw seeds that has stuck to the peel during processing in the dryer, after harvesting in rainy weather.
The dust after roasting, this machine cleans several times more effectively than it does on raw seeds.
No other machines (washers, blowers, etc.) can achieve anything like this. Only contact dust extraction (polishing) on an intermediate material, which first takes the dust from the seeds and then gives it to the dust extraction system, allows this to be done.

Against fire.  Some types of sunflower seeds roasting ovens, especially those that use air flow for recirculation inside the oven, are prone to fires due to dust entering the recirculation flow and collecting in certain areas of the line. Our Polishing machine allows you to seriously limit this problem by removing the dust before seeds roasting. It also prevents dust from accumulating along the production line at the beginning of the production cycle.

Productivity.  This machine can process a maximum of 800 kg/hour of seed.
The cleanliness degree can be quantitatively assessed by transferring fingerprints from the hand over a sticky tape onto white paper, having previously taken the dusty hand off the seeds before and after processing.
