The cooler is designed for continuous cooling and cleaning of light particles from roasted sunflower seeds, peanuts and other products.
Cooling is achieved by removing hot air from the product and at the same time removing light impurities.
After roasting (drying), the product is conveyed to the cooler conveyor hopper. The product moves on the conveyor belt at a speed set by the operator. The layer thickness is set by means of a slide. The power of the exhaust system is regulated by a damper located at the inlet of the radial fan.
This machine is mainly used in automatic lines, but it can also be used as a stand-alone cooler.
