The cooler is designed for quick cooling and cleaning of light trash from roasted sunflower seeds, peanuts, and other products.
The cooling is achieved by blowing a high pressure of air through a layer of product. After the roaster, the product is loaded into a special box. The bottom of the box is made of perforated metal (with holes). The box with the product is inserted into the cooler. The single load can be between 5 and 8 kg. Cooling time per batch 3…5 min. The time of cooling depends on the temperature of the incoming air. The box is held in the cooler by special latches. After passing through the product, the hot air with dust and light trash enters the cyclone, where it is cleaned, the trash falls into the trash collector, which is fastened in the lower part of the cyclone, and the air passes through the upper part to the room.
