Seasoning (flavouring) application machine – designed for adding dry and/or liquid flavourings and distributing them evenly over the product. It can be used in the production of beer croutons, peanuts, chips, blown grains, corn sticks, etc. The machine is characterised by the good quality of the end product, as well as being simple and easy to use, requiring no special skills from the operator, and has a high productivity.

Operating features of the coating drum

Put 30-40 kg of product into the drum. The oil or syrup is put into the liquid additive container and the flavouring agent is poured into the bulk spice dispenser. The spice dosage depends on the concentration and is specified by the technologist. Then turn on the product drum and the spice dispenser. In the process the product is evenly mixed with the spices. The mixing (coating) time is 5-7 min. To discharge the finished product, stop the drum and the dosing unit. Then set the dispenser frame to the side, tilt the drum with the product using the moving frame and pour the finished crackers or peanuts into a container.

Optionally, a nozzle and compressor can be fitted instead of a liquid flavouring dripper.
