Seasoning (flavouring) application machine – designed for adding dry and/or liquid flavourings and distributing them evenly over the product. It can be used in the production of beer croutons, peanuts, chips, blown grains, corn sticks, etc. The machine is characterised by the good quality of the end product, as well as being simple and easy to use, requiring no special skills from the operator, and has a high productivity.

Technical features of the seasoning application machine

The application of dry and liquid flavourings is based on the principle used by all the world’s leading equipment manufacturers.
The drum of the machine is made of stainless steel and has a special concave shape that allows the product to roll over rather than slide around, without damaging.
For dry spices, a screw dosing unit is available which has smooth adjustment of the flavouring flow speed and spray intensity, allowing the flavouring concentration on the product to remain the same as the product flow varies. The intensity of the liquid additives is adjusted by a valve on the pipe through which they enter the nozzle for further spraying under the air flow from the compressor.
The inclination of the drum is adjusted and locked by a special device. The machine is designed for quick and easy cleaning of the main parts when switching from one seasoning to another.
