Computerised automatic machine with four electronic weighing feeders, designed for the packaging of loose and small-piece foodstuffs (bread croutons, sunflower seeds, peanuts, nuts, tea, etc.) weighing 20-200g.
The machine has been designed for 24-hour operation and all requirements for the operation of this machine in different types of food production facilities have been met. The machine is well tried and tested and has been adapted to the local conditions: power surges, negligence of personnel, deviations from standards (e.g. in the film used), etc.
Non-standard modifications and additions can be made to the machine at your request.

Differences from conventional packaging machines:

• increased productivity (+50…100%) with high accuracy, on the same number of dosing streams, is achieved by continuous computer control of the dosing and packaging process;
• the self-learning AutoTuner computer system constantly monitors and selects the optimum dosing parameters; the operator does not need to adjust the metering units: precise dosing, heavy dosing, time intervals, auto-calibration modes and other parameters (on conventional packaging machines most of these parameters must be constantly monitored by an experienced operator, otherwise speed and accuracy will decrease);
• The IP-63 LCD industrial touch screen monitor allows you to easily operate the machine, get any kind of statistics: per working shift, per day, per week, per month, as well as average speed, quantity of packages produced, and errors;
• the system allows the technical status of the machine to be reproduced for the past 24 hours, making it possible to reconstruct its operating history – operating time, downtime and staff interventions (e.g. negligence on the night shift can be identified with an accuracy of a second);
• the system allows you to send data to other terminals (computer, smarthphone) via the internet.
