The conveyor belt ovens in this series are designed for frying bread croutons of different shapes and can be used for other products. The perfect uniformity of the roasting (especially on white bread – the bread croutons have a solid, soft yellow colour) is achieved by roasting with correctly prepared and directed air: a) the heat exchanger is removed from the frying chamber and therefore there is no harmful (overheating) effect of the overheated metal nearby; b) the air very intensively ” passes through” the entire layer of product (without “dead” zones) due to the powerful circulation and guiding system, which evenly distributes the flow along all the conveyors of the oven; c) the gas combustion path and working air movements are separated, air does not contact with the burner flame. This last fact makes it possible to use burners for any kind of energy source, without negative consequences for the product. The quality of the roasting is also affected by gentle (flowing from conveyor to conveyor) and optimum mixing of the product. The recirculation of the working air via a fully thermal insulated roasting process, with the extraction of the excess moisture by a special fan, brings about considerable savings compared to the machines which throw away heated air after the first pass (obsolete oven construction culture – with high heat losses).
