Seasoning (flavouring) application machine – designed for adding dry and/or liquid flavourings and distributing them evenly over the product. It is suitable for the production of beer croutons, peanuts, chips and corn sticks, but can also be used for other products.

The main features of the flavouring application machine

In this model, both the product itself and all additives are weighed electronically before entering the drum, so the application of additives is very precise. The application rate of the additives cannot be disturbed by human error, as it is entered into the machine by the technician at the control panel.
In addition, this machine solves the problem of dustiness that is created by both dry and liquid additives in conventional machines. In this model, the dry and liquid additives are applied using mechanical spreaders. It must be considered that some types of spices are highly volatile, combined with the harmful factors affecting the personnel and the condition of the working area.
The third important feature of this machine is that there are clearly weighed portions of additives per one basic product weighing, so when the capacity of the line changes, there is no need to adjust the machine – the process is automatic. If flow decreases, the weighing hoppers are discharged less frequently, if flow increases, and the proportions of additives added are precisely defined. All weighing is done by electronic metering devices.

Technical features of the seasoning application machine

Dry and liquid additive dosing is based on the principle used by all of the world’s leading equipment manufacturers.
The dosage is formed by setting the weights of the main product and the additives from the digital electronic display. When changing to another spice, the operator enters the respective weight of the additive, fixed by the technologist.
The drum of the machine has a special concave shape that allows the product to roll over and not to slip on it without damaging.
The inclination of the drum can be adjusted and locked with a special device. The machine is designed for quick and easy cleaning of the main components when changing from one spice to another.

a) the machine is made according to the rules of mechanical engineering;
b) all mechanical units are 100% made in-house (closed cycle – PC “Lidiya”);

Additionally the function of computer control of additives and the product itself with the output of missed volume during a shift (day, week, etc.) to the personal computer of an employee responsible for the control of additives and the main product can be applied.
